Welcome! The Flow Collective is a creative studio bringing design, storytelling, and strategy together to help brands show up online clearly and authentically.

My brand is inspired by the idea of the flow state; that rare zone where everything clicks, creativity moves without friction, and the best work just happens. That's the energy I bring to every project, and what I help your brand embody.

Good design is essential, but what is really important is how it feels, functions, and connects with the right people. I don't apply a one-size-fits-all style. Then we refine, together. You choose the direction that feels most you, and we shape it further from there. Spacing, hierarchy, colour, the small details that make everything feel considered and complete. There's space for your feedback here, and I want to hear it. But because the foundation is already strong, we're not starting over, we're just making it even better.

1 Delivery and Launch.

Now comes the most exciting part, time to show your website to the world! This is the part where everything (quite literally) clicks. For branding, you'll receive your full logo suite, colour palette, typography guidelines, and all your assets neatly organised and ready to use straight away. For websites, I'll handle the domain connection, mobile optimisation, and all the final checks so nothing gets missed. I'll also walk you through everything so you feel confident and in control of your site from day one.

I primarily design on Showit. It gives us complete creative freedom when it comes to layout and design, while still being incredibly intuitive for my clients to manage once the project is finished. For certain projects, we may explore other platforms if they better suit your needs. But for most brands I work with, Showit offers the perfect balance of design flexibility, ease of use, and a beautifully streamlined experience.

Once your inquiry form is in, I'll be in touch so we can jump on a call and talk through your vision, goals, and everything you're dreaming of for your brand or website. Once we've shaped the scope together, you'll receive access to your client board; your dedicated home base for the project. Inside you'll find invoices, contracts, and a few thoughtful resources and surprises along the way. This shared project management boar also helps keep everything organised, clear, and collaborative from start to finish. When your site is ready to launch, we'll have a final offboarding call where I'll walk you through everything page by page, so you feel completely confident owning it. You'll also receive access to my resource library to support your continued growth. Every project includes 30 days of unlimited tech support after launch, so you have the support you need.

Absolutely! A strong website is an investment, and I want it to feel like an exciting one, not a stressful one. If a payment plan would make things easier, just mention it when you reach out and we'll find something that works for you.

Quality photos are key for any great website. If your brand is in need of some fresh photos, let me know and I can recommend how to find a great brand photographer in your area.

Honestly, just your time, your ideas, and feedback at each stage; that's what keeps a project moving! We can work with what you have and shape things as we go, so don't worry if you're not fully prepared before we start. If you do already have copy, photos, or a general direction in mind, even better. We'll talk through everything on our discovery call so nothing feels overwhelming before we begin.
